Story of Haruka and Feebas
Haruka met Feebas when he was young. He finally evolved when Haru is Grade 12, but he was too big to stay at home. In the end, Haru decided to let him live in the sea. Milotic was very sad that he can’t stay with Haru and take a bath with him life before. So Haru stopped by sea everyday to see him.
I apologize for posting this but I need some extra for school related expenses. I changed the pricing based on other artist’s advises and suggestions.
Anyway, full detail of the commission can be seen HERE
I’m sorry for reposting but since my tablet broke before, my employer remove me from the team. Now I have to focus on commission to be able to cover my monthly expenses.
Thank you guys again.
If you can’t commission, a signal boost is more than helping too! I appreciate this guys.

You are very correct! Thank you for letting us know, we will happily share this with our followers.
ClipStudio is a drawing program for both Windows and Mac. It is greatly discounted right now.
Here is a link to their official website where you can find the deal:
Here are a few examples of their program’s finctions, though many more can be found on the front page of their website.
Also, a video of their program in motion [Link].
It seems to be a Vector based program, much like Illustrator or Adobe Flash. For followers who are not aware, Photoshop works in Pixels rather then Vectors.
/!\ EDIT: Followers should be made aware of the following.
I have just been made aware that ClipStudio is apparently… ”the exact same program as Manga Studio 5/Ex. The only difference is that CSP is the digital download and MS5 is the physical copy. It has recently changed to this and is VERY misleading and has caused a number of people to purchase a program they already own. It’s more noticeable on the Smith Micro website where both “versions” are offered. Those who are still in doubt should definitely try the demo prior to purchase.”

Thank you for the information
I recalled that I had an art blog when I saw this.
I suppose some of the artists here could use an inexpensive art program.
Clip Studio Pro is really great, I bought it originally for 50 dollars or so. At the moment, it’s on sale for twenty dollars.
It’s a really great program that is like a cross between SAI + Photoshop (all have their pros and cons, but I really like this program), I guess! It has 3D models (moveable/adjustable/whathaveyou) that you can use as bases for sketches (especially great for budding artists!). It has A LOT of brush (watercolour, G-pen, pencil, whatever) settings, and text, too.
They have a manual on their website, and galleries of art (and step-by-steps to those art pieces) by artists using Clip Studio Pro.
The sale ends on the 28th!
